High temperature resistant nylon vacuum bag film has a temperature resistance range from 160-180℃ and high tensile strength. This film is specially designed for the composite material hot-press molding process, and has good barrier properties under high temperature and high pressure. It is suitable for a variety of resin system vacuum bag technology.
This vacuum bagging film is suitable for making curved tempered glass or hot-bending glass laminating. Since normal rolling processing can be impossible due to the arc length or high arch height of the glass, and when laminating the Dupont SGP explosion-proof film, most manufacturers use a glass with a vacuum strip around a circle, put it into the drying box and vacuum it, then enter the autoclave.
This traditional method has but has several drawbacks, including poor product quality, increased cost and low efficiency. In addition, when processing the patterned glass, glass surface is wavy or other uneven shape, so that the vacuum strip cannot seal the glass at all and cannot be processed.
Our solution is to completely seal the glass with a vacuum bag and directly into the autoclave for vacuuming and form once. This has the characteristics of high yield, high efficiency and easy to learn. At the same time, this method is also suitable for making super large and wide laminated glass.

Vacuum Bagging Film packaging and shipping:
Vacuum Bagging Film products must be packaged and shipped in a careful and secure manner. The film should be rolled and placed in a sealed container or bag. If additional protection is required, the container or bag should be placed in a carton or box. The carton or box must be clearly labeled with the customer's address, the weight and the contents of the package.
The customer should provide a shipping address that includes a contact name and telephone number. The package should then be sent using a reliable shipping method, such as Federal Express, UPS, or the United States Postal Service. The customer should be given a tracking number for the package so they can monitor its progress.
